While we talk about yugas, it is necessary understand that they are different states of consciousness as time is unreal. You don't have to wait for satyuga or kalki to come as a person to usher in satyuga. Kalki or Krishna or Christ is state of consciousness that we are situated in. The world has a whole is always going through some form of upheaval. The scriptural indications are not meant to be taken literally. Everything written is symbolic of human life. Kurukshetra is the eternal war that happens in your mind. There are timeless because they repeat in our own life in different ways. The ability to interpret these scriptures has been long story and they have became a story that has already happened in the past. But the truth is they are a living reality today. A better future and the arrival of savior is not literal. It's a growth in the consciousness of the individual and eventually the planet that will lead to satyuga. But before that has to happen we have to attune ourselves to Krishna consciousness and be situated in truth, so we understand we are Kalki for our own life. Hinduism was never about someone saving you. It is empowerment of you to become our own savior! Why Krishna didn't fight in Kurukshetra? Why guide Pandava? Why does Karna have to die even when he was adhering to his dharma as his life? How can one kill without incurring sin? What does Krishna mean when he says he killed them all already? Then why does Arjuna has to do it again? The answer to these questions is the burden of The Geeta set in the timeless epic Mahabharat. Let's not get lost in the debate about which yuga we are in and let us be situated in truth in consciousness. Satyuga will come sooner than later if everyone is Krishna conscious. I am gald that this movie has brought much needed attention to our timeless epics which are full of transcendental wisdom. Glory to Lord Krishna and his transcendental passtimes. 🙏 Hare Krishna.

Thank you for sharing this insightful post! It's unfortunate how we've lost touch with our divine language, Sanskrit, due to historical invasions. Yet, I'm grateful for the tireless efforts of yogis and gurus who keep this wisdom alive. "The Holy Science" by Sri Yukteswar sounds like a must read for reconnecting with our spiritual heritage. I'll definitely add it to my reading list. ❤️
